Elizabeth Shaila Koshy was born on March 31, 1996 in Houston in a prosperous Christian family. Shaila is an Indian name with several meanings, including mountain and river. Lisa’s father is an Indian, the head of an oil company. Her mum is a yoga instructor.

The girl attended a bilingual educational program, during which she learned Spanish. After graduating from high school, she chose the University of Houston to study business marketing. In 2015, she dropped out of it and moved to LA to delve into show business.

In 2016, the blogger debuted as an actress. She starred in several episodes of the horror TV series Freakish. At the same time, she took part in the comedy horror film Boo! A Madea Halloween and a series about herself called Jingle Ballin’.
